Village Self-Storage is owned and operated by Village people. The facility opened in 1998, for the purpose of providing a neighborhood household storage for the convenience of HSV property owners, with the added security of being located inside the gated community. Our mission is to benefit:

*People relocating, moving in and out, upsizing or downsizing a home.

*Professionals with record storing needs.

*Retailers, wholesalers and contractors.

*Condominium or rentals dwellers.

* Real Estate or Travel Agents.

Co-owners are Norman (Butch) Bennett,and his wife, Sissi, 37 year residents of HSV, and Howard Orsburn, (an avid golfer) and his wife, Debbie, of Dardanelle, AR.

The original plant had 189 units, both conventional and temperature controlled. Two years later, the need for more space required additions. There are currently 338 units,

with just opened RV, Boat and Trailer storage.

The staff consists of three Village retirees, Billy Magee, Jim Keenan, and Norm Runnels.

Office hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday thru Friday, with after hours service provided by appointment. Their goal is to give all clients friendly, professional service, and keep a clean and pleasant environment at VSS.
